What counts as a content call?

A content call is one script generation or one article generation. Each call produces a full piece of content trained on your voice and brand. Concept expansions, opportunity scans, and other features are tracked separately.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and are only charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, you keep access until your current billing period ends.

When do my credits reset?

Credits reset on your billing anniversary. If you signed up on March 15, your credits reset on April 15, May 15, and so on.

What happens if I hit my content call limit?

You can still use all other features of the platform. You just won't be able to generate new scripts or articles until your next billing period starts or you upgrade to a higher plan.
